Our standard service is done in person at your home or small business so you can see exactly what we’re doing and ask questions in real time.

We do not start with remote support or ask you to install remote-control software as the first step. Please use extreme caution if any company claims they can “fix” or “diagnose” your computer remotely on the very first call.

Important: We do not repair Mac / Apple computers, iPads or phones, and we don’t fix broken screens or charging ports.
